The Self Check-in Kiosk is a user-friendly web page that allows your members to quickly and easily check themselves in for classes or general entry. It's typically displayed on a tablet or laptop near to the front desk.
Steps:
Location selection (applicable for multigym users)
Check-in Screen Setup
Check-in Configuration
Check-in Screen Setup
Navigation: Settings > Service store > Self Checkin
Choose a background image
Select the text and background color for the check-in box
View the link provided to check the image and text/background color choices
Save!
If you are a multi-location operator, you can generate individual location check-in windows via Settings > Locations > Click on location > Scroll down and hit Generate

Manual Check-in
Enable manual check-in to provide a backup option for members who are unable to scan their barcode.
Search for themselves by name or email address.
Audible Alerts
Enable audible alerts on the self check-in kiosk.
Select your Check-in Success and Failed Alert Sounds
Customise the kiosk with a range of audio alerts for successful and unsuccessful check-ins.
Check-in Notifications
Disable admin notifications for successful and failed self check-ins.
How does it look?
Automatic Check-in:
With a Barcode Reader: When a member scans their barcode:
Successful Check-in: For general entry or single booked classes, the kiosk will display a success screen.
Unsuccessful Check-in: If the check-in fails (e.g., no active membership or insufficient credit), the kiosk will display an error message and guide the member on next steps.
