Within Clava there are multiple ways to send a receipt to a customer.
Customer Login (Customer Access)
Transactions (Admin)
Customer Profile (Front desk)
Customer Login (Customer Access)
Navigation: Customer > Search for the Customer > Login as Customer > Profile > Orders > View Receipt.
Customer Navigation: Log into your Personal Account > Click on Profile > Click on Orders > Select the Receipt you wish to download/view
This is the fastest and most convenient method for a customer.
We recommend giving them the navigation, and allowing them to navigate to the receipt and then downloading their receipt at their convenience.
Transactions (Admin)
Navigation: Transactions > Search for / Scroll to the Transaction > Cog Icon βοΈ > View or Email the receipt.
This is the fastest and most convenient method for Admin users.
Simply follow the navigation.
Confirm the email address
Send.
Customer Profile (Front desk)
Method 1. Sending a receipt URL to a customers email.
Navigation: Customer > Search for the Customer > Passes and Subscriptions > Active > Payments.
This process is useful if you are unable to send attachments to a customer who has restrictive email access.
Select the Receipt URL link π icon **
This will open the Receipt in a new tab
Copy and Paste this into an email to the customer.
Selecting View Receipt opens a new tab with the receipt
Select download and attach it to a customers email.
Method 2. Attaching to a customers email.
Navigation: Customer > Search for the Customer > Orders > View the relevant receipt.
