If you haven't been receiving payouts, your account might be missing some information.

Here's what to do:

1. Check Your Email:

Stripe will typically send an email outlining the specific information needed to resume payouts. This email may include a request for tax documents or business verification details.

2. Look for Login Alerts:

When logging in to your Stripe Express dashboard, you might see a notification about the disabled payouts. This notification may also provide details on what information is missing.

3. Resolve the Issue:

  • Gather the requested information (tax forms, ID verification etc.)

  • Log in to your Stripe Express dashboard and navigate to the section highlighted in the notification (it might be Account Settings or Verification).

  • Upload the required documents or complete the verification steps.

Once you've provided the missing information, Stripe will review it and typically enable payouts within 2 business days.
