Help! My Terminal Isn't Working

If you encounter connectivity problems with your wireless Stripe terminal, follow these steps to address the issue:

  1. Confirm Network Compatibility: Ensure that both your terminal and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. To troubleshoot, refer to Stripe's helpful article available here.

  2. Turn back on/off your terminal

Does the terminal save payment methods

You can use the Stripe terminal to securely store your client's credit card details during a purchase transaction. Notably, Stripe terminals offer the swipe and save feature exclusively in connection with a purchase action. For scenarios unrelated to a purchase, you can go directly to the client profile and manually add a payment method.
