How to bulk Edit, Copy, Cancel or Delete Multiple Items in your Schedule

This guide details using the Agenda view, filtering entries, selecting multiple items, and confirming the bulk actions.

Follow these steps to quickly delete multiple items from your schedule or timetable:

  1. Go to Schedule: Navigate to the main Schedule or Timetable section.

  2. Switch to Agenda View: Change the view to Agenda.

  3. Select by type: Use the buttons to select either sessions, courses, or groups to enter bulk update mode.

  4. Select date range: Use the buttons past, today, upcoming, all or filters for a specific date range.

  5. Apply any additional filters: narrow down the list using search or additional filters and display only the items you intend to delete.

  6. If there are a number of records returned which are in excess of the default 25 records view, extend the page view at the bottom to max 250 results.

  7. Select Items: Click the checkbox next to the sessions you want to update. You can select one or all of the sessions displayed.

  8. Click Delete: Find and click the Appropriate button, located at the top of the page.

  9. Confirm Action: A confirmation pop-up window will appear. Carefully read the prompt, then type the word confirm into the required field.

  10. Complete Action: Click the final confirmation button to proceed.

Your selected sessions will now be updated in your schedule.
