Day Pass Special use cases
Clava's flexibility allows you to create a day pass that offers the following Use cases:
Standard day pass. A single entry to the climbing gym
Class Pass. A one class only use day pass, redeemable for a Session
Hybrid Pass. A day pass that combines the above, allowing a user access for the climbing gym day pass and access to one Class (session).
Flexible pass type, a pass based on the Usage controls where the number of pass or session credits can be allocated from 1 to Unlimited.
This guide only covers the Usage controls within the Day pass setup, it is assumed you have read the Creating a single entry pass help guide.
Standard day pass.
Usage conditions:
Assign specific credits - Toggled ON
Pass credits - 1
Unlimited - Toggled OFF
Session credits - )
Unlimited - Toggled OFF
Class Pass
Usage conditions:
Assign specific credits - Toggled ON
Pass credits - 0
Unlimited - Toggled OFF
Session credits -1
Unlimited - Toggled OFF
Hybrid Pass day pass.
Usage conditions:
Assign specific credits - Toggled OFF
Number of Credits - 1
Can be used for booking: Select: Passes & Sessions.
Course sessions can be selected if you wish to include courses with the day pass (not recommended)
Flexible Pass day pass.
Usage conditions:
Assign specific credits - Toggled ON
Unlimited - Toggled OFF
Number of Credits - 1
Unlimited - Toggled ON
Fair Access Policy - Toggle ON
This will allow you to create a day pass with unlimited access to classes/sessions all day, the Fair Access Policy (FAP) will control if this pass is affected by the FAP controls, these are in your settings.
