Kiosk Security
Clava offers the opportunity to apply security settings to the waiver station and self check in kiosks to provide an additional layer of security to your public facing stations.
Multi Site users can apply the same credentials across all sites or select unique credentials per location.
Navigation: Settings > Service Store > Kiosk Security Settings
Recommended setup:
Toggle the Username and Password to the ON position
Apply credentials Per Location
Enter a username
Minimum 6 characters.
Clearing the username disables kiosk login for this location.
Enter a unique password
12-128 characters with upper and lower case letters and a number.
Under 15 characters also needs a special character.
No sequences like 1234 or qwerty, and it can't contain the username or your business name.
Remember to Save (Submit) your work.
