Cancel out of a class as a customer

To cancel a class, visit your studio, gym or business website where you are a member and log in to your account.

Here's how you can cancel a booking:

From the schedule/calendar

Visit the schedule, and anything you are booked in will be highlighted. Click on the booking in the schedule to open the booking details.

You will see a cancel button, in the below example the member has several family members on their account, and so it says Self, with a Cancel button opposite, click on Cancel.

You will be prompted to confirm that you wish to cancel, click Confirm.

Once confirmed the booking will be cancelled, and any credits used will be credited back to your account (unless there are any rules by your gym/studio regarding late cancellations).

From your profile

Visit your studio, gym or business website where you are a member, login to your account and visit your profile. Then by visiting your Dashboard, My Classes or Profile you will see any/all upcoming classes you or a family member are booked into.

Click on that class in questions where you can easily Cancel.
