Integrate with SendGrid

Clava provides integrations with several email providers including: Mail Chimp, Brevo & Send Grid.

Navigation: Settings > Integrations > Marketing

Process

  • Select the email provider to Enable

  • Add your Mailchimp API Key and choose your Audience or List ID

Sign in to your SendGrid account to find your Api key:

  1. Create new restricted API key under Settings->API keys.

  2. On Access Details list, expand Marketing and set access permission to Full access.

  3. Save the API key and store it in safe place.

  4. Add the API Key on your account on Clava

List ID:

  1. Create new list from Marketing->Contacts and copy list ID.

  2. List ID has a total of 36 characters (a.k.a UUID), e.g 12345678-abcd-abcd-abcd-1234567890ab.

  3. Copy your list ID from browser, e.g.: https://mc.sendgrid.com/contacts/lists/12345678-abcd-abcd-abcd-1234567890ab

  4. Add the List id to the corresponsding field on Clava

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save
