How to Resolve a Customer Note (Even if it's Not Assigned to You)
Navigate to the customer's profile.
Open the Notes tab.
Find the note you want to resolve and click 'Pencil icon' (manage).
For any to-do items, click 'Mark as Resolved'.
Leave any comments if necessary by selected '+ Add comment'.
Note: Any admin user with view access to the notes can complete this action; it is not restricted to the assigned operator.
