POS within the Customer Profile

Clava’s integrated powerful POS system is also available as a fast shortcut via the Customers screen.

To access follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on “Customers” in the Left Hand side navigation column

  2. Search for the customer you are assisting, if required you can create a new customer using the “add new” function.

  3. Click on “new sale”


  4. This will open up a side POS screen and the customer name will be auto filled into the POS cart.


  5. Select the item you wish to purchase

  6. If you select a pass, subscription or pack and you have enabled the global waiver & competency settings you will see these indicated below the customers cart items.

    1. To access these settings navigate to: Settings > Point of Sale - POS configuration. More information is available in the POS guidance and POS settings Guide.


  7. If you select a pass, subscription or pack and you have enabled the setting for Auto Check in, this will be displayed underneath the relevant customers day pass.

    1. To access these settings navigate to: Settings > Check ins > Point of sale - Location auto Check-in toggle button


  8. In the scenario where you have:

    1. selected a customer who has an active membership

    2. you have created a free day pass as a member benefit (using the discounts function)

    3. selected a day pass to purchase
      You will see the Member benefit be displayed under the Adult day pass. If this is not required you can remove the member benefit using the - button to its right.

  9. Process the sale as your normal operating procedures

  10. Give the customer a high five! 🖐️
