Creating a Discount Code
Access the Discounts Page:
Navigate to the main left-hand menu and click on "Discounts."
Create a New Discount:
Click the "Create Discount" button.
Name the Discount: Give it a clear and concise name.
Choose Discount Type:
Percentage Off: Reduces the total price by a specific percentage.
Fixed Value Off: Subtracts a fixed amount from the total price.
Set Usage Limits:
Usage Limit: Specify the maximum number of times the code can be used.
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions Limit: Determine the number of renewals the code can cover for subscriptions.
Set Expiration Date:
If the discount has a limited timeframe, set an expiration date.
Define Applicability:
Applies to everything: The discount applies to all your items.
Specific items: The discount is limited to certain subscriptions/packs or class type categories.
Click "Save" to create the discount code.
Tracking Discount Code Redemptions
View Redemption History:
Go to the "Discounts" page.
Click on the name of the specific discount code you want to track.
A list of members who have redeemed the code will be displayed.
Applying a Discount Code as an Admin
As an admin, you can apply discount codes to sales made through various channels:
Checkins Screen: Add the code to the "Discounts/Gift Cards" section.
POS Screen: Add the code to the "Discounts/Gift Cards" section.
Manual Bookings: Add the code when booking a class or course.
Redeeming a Discount Code as a Member or Customer
During Online Checkout:
Locate the "Promo Code" field.
Enter the valid discount code.
Click "Apply."
If the code is valid, the discount will be applied to the total price.
