Integration Overview
The Civintec integration allows Clava to communicate with Civintec access control hardware, enabling seamless identity verification and access management for your facilities.
Setup Instructions
Navigation: Settings > Integrations > Access
Click on the Toggle to Enable the Integration
Your API URL will be displayed
Click on the API URL to copy it to your clipboard
Click on “+ Add Device”, this will open up the sidebar
Input the Device details required:
Device name
Device ID
Default PIN codes
Toggle the Device status to ON
Location - your gym locations will display here
Allow member barcode check-in - Toggle to ON
Test the connection, the customer check in will show in the Clava check in Lane
