For a reoccurring youth team where you want the team members to have a separate membership to the gym, such as an EFT and gain access to both the gym and the youth program, we recommend the following setup steps:
Course Creation
Navigation: Schedule > + > New Course
Follow the standard course setup, highlighted below are useful guidance items.
Imput the Course Start Date & End Date
Imput the Course Schedule, by using the Green Add Day & Time, (this is commonly missed)
We recommend turning the toggled option Date forward enrollment to the ON position
We recommend turning the toggled option Allow single session booking / open enrollment to the OFF position
Add the Course Type, if you have not already created this, use the Add New button in the drop down menu
We recommend turning the toggled option Hidden course to the ON position

We recommend making the course Free as they will be booking this via membership (subscription) type.
We recommend turning the toggled option Sell Online to the OFF position

Subscription Creation
Navigation: Products > Passes & Subscriptions > Create New

Description, make sure your description is clear and informative
Usage
We recommend turning the Assign specific credits to the ON position
We recommend turning the Pass credits ON to ****the UNLIMITED position
We recommend turning the Session credits ON to ****the UNLIMITED position
Restrictions
We recommend adding in an age group restriction that mirrors the age range of your team
We recommend adding a Permitted class type, using the Class type you have just created in the Youth Course Creation.

Manually add in the climbers who have the team membership type you created
