This guide is designed to help you switch over to the on-demand waiver format.
This Guide applies to your gym if you have:
an adult waiver type "Account Creation"
you use the "Adding a family member" for minors/u-18's
& you want to switch over to an On-Demand Waiver
Why should I switch?
Smarter, more targeted waiver logic: Waivers can now apply to specific individuals, not entire accounts. A parent climbing solo doesn’t have to be blocked by their child's unsigned waiver, and vice versa.
Self Check-in Kiosk Multi Participant Waiver option: Allows the multi participant waiver to be toggled on and used.
Important Steps.
Do not delete anything.
Do not Deactivate any current waivers
Read this Help Guide in full first
Make sure you have read and understand the on-demand waiver help guide.
Test this workflow in your demo module environment.
Understand that you are not rewriting your waiver, no new waiver creation will be needed.
Annual Waiver reviews are always recommended to make sure your waiver is up to date, this could be a good time to do this.
