Clava supports "On Demand Waivers", these are highly flexible, functional Waivers that can be produced for the waiver kiosk, for multiple participants and for varying age groups.
How is this different to the standard waiver setup?
The Standard waiver setup is designed to be accessed at a specific touch point in the customer journey, such as Signing up for the first time, or when they book a specific session, course or group booking.
This Waiver setting allows you to access and have granular control on the following:
Multi-participant waivers
The Waiver Station Kiosk (coming soon)
The Service Store Waivers Section
The Customer Profile Waiver Library
Setup.
Navigation: Settings > Waivers > Show at > Select: "On-Demand"
You must select the on-demand option in the drop down menu located in 'Show At" to access the on-demand waiver.
Define the following:
Required for location visit / General entry - Is the Waiver required for general entry to the facility?
Required for booking a Session/Course - Is the Waiver required for booking a session or course?
Toggle the above gives access to: Class types - define the waiver by a class type
Applies to - Define the Age Groups the waiver applies to
Questions. The questions in the On-Demand Waiver are the same as your standard waiver. See the Waiver help guide for more information.
Active? - Yes for Active, No for a Draft
Allow multi-participant? - Toggle this to YES position to allow multi-participant waivers
Show in Waiver Station Kiosk - Toggle this to YES position to add this waiver to the Waiver Station Kiosk screen
Show in Service Store Waivers Section - Toggle this to YES position to add this waiver to the Service Store Waivers Section
Show in Customer Profile Waiver Library - Toggle this to YES position to add this waiver to the customers waiver profile library
Set Renewal Cycle - Define how long a signed waiver remains valid before it requires renewal.
Force all members to re-sign this waiver? - No or Yes
Custom Waiver Completion & Alerts - Add in a Submission Success
Confirmation message shown after the user signs the document.
