Waiver Station / Kiosk

Waiver Station / Kiosk is a faster, kiosk-friendly waiver signing flow designed for busy front desks and high-volume events. It lets visitors complete waivers quickly (on a shared kiosk or their own phone via a QR code or link).

Waiver Station Setup (Kiosk Mode): A touch-friendly, tablet-optimized waiver signing experience that reduces queues, speeds up group check-ins, and delivers a faster, smoother customer experience at your front desk

Location Setup.

Navigation: Settings > Location

  • Select the Location you need to setup for the individual kiosk

  • Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar for the location editor

  • Select Generate URL for the Waiver Station Kiosk

  • For multi-site operators, you will need to generate a unique kiosk url per location.

  • Save your work!

Navigation: Settings > Service Store > Waiver Station Kiosk

  • Navigate to the Waiver station Kiosk

  • Amend the settings to create an on-brand experience

  • When creating a waiver for the Kiosk station, remember to select the Show in Waiver Station Kiosk toggle.

  • This is also where you can select multi-participant creating a quick workflow for the customer with multiple minor waivers to be filled out by 1 parent.

  • If you run kiosk waiver stations, ensure the device is positioned for privacy, has a screen lock that is disabled, does not time out and has a reliable Wifi connection.

Reminder: An on-demand waiver must be present and active to trigger the logic that activates the broader waiver kiosk functions.
