Waiver Expiry and Refresh buttons

The Customers Waiver & Documents navigation page has two functions that allow you to maintain up-to date Waivers for your customers

Updated yesterday

Navigation: Customers > Waivers and Documentation > Completed Waivers

Within the completed waivers section, you will see all the waivers that the customer has signed for themselves and any family members assigned to their account.

Here you have 5 options for Waiver auditing and control.

Resubmit.

Selecting Resubmit forces the customer to redo the waiver. This is a useful tool for when a waiver has been incorrectly filled out, or when a waiver has been filled out by a minor without a parents knowledge

View.

This button gives you the waiver in full in the sidebar.

Expire.

Expiring a waiver deletes the waiver and the customer is required to create a new waiver.

Bypass/Remove Bypass

In the event that you have a Flag* in the waiver you can select the Bypass function to circumvent the waiver flag, a new box will pop up and you will be required to give the reason.

Remove Bypass is the alternative action allowing you to re-raise the flag on the waiver.

* Flags are used to identify submissions that require operator attention. Example: Flag submissions where the customer answered "No" to "Have you participated before?" so staff can provide additional guidance.

Refresh

The refresh button is there to force a refresh of the waiver screen, ensuring that all changes made are assigned to the correct column.
