To reset your password, head to your centers service store to log in, then from the Log in screen click Forgot Password? enter your email and click the Email Password Reset Link.
Next, check your inbox. If you don't see the email arrive, check your spam folder.
Click the link in the email and type your new password
Then sign in with the new password
