Cancelling a subscription

To cancel a members subscription on their behalf, click Members > search for the customer and select them.

Locate the subscription by clicking the 'Memberships' tab, locate the membership in question and click the 3 dots icon beside the membership price.

Click on 'Cancel Subscription' and then in the confirmation window that opens click the button 'Yes, cancel'.

Once cancelled the subscription will not renew, however, the customer can continue to book into classes with any remaining credits up until the original renewal date. They will not be able to book anything after what would have been the next renewal date.

Note: An email is automatically sent informing the member of the cancellation.
