Admins/ Front Desk staff - gift card use/redemption
When in the POS add the gift card code to the field under Discounts/Gift cards and press apply.
The valid gift card will now be applied to the cart, in the below example, we have used a £20 gif card for a £16 transaction, therefore there is nothing more to pay, click/tap on the Free payment option and then Submit will complete the sale.
For customers/Members
Checking Your Gift Card Balance
Log in to Your Account: Visit your profile and navigate to the "Wallet" section.
View Gift Card Details: Your gift card will be listed there. Here you can view the remaining balance and any expiration date, click on 👁️ code to reveal the code.
Copy the code ready to use.
Using a Gift Card for a Purchase
Enter Gift Card Code: When making a purchase, enter the gift card code in the designated field. Click "Apply" to apply the gift card to your order.
Complete Purchase: If the gift card balance covers the total cost, complete the transaction by clicking/tapping on the "Get for free" button. Otherwise, choose either a saved card or enter in a new card cover the remaining balance.
Note: Gift cards may have an expiration date. Please check the expiration date on your card before using it. If you encounter any issues, please contact customer support of where ever you are a member.
