Customer: Manage an Existing Group Booking

After booking, customers can manage guests, and pay the final balance.


Steps

  1. Accessing your booking

    1. Use the link in your confirmation email or log in to your account and enter your access code by clicking on the Access code button by the Booked by section of the page

  2. Updating participants

    1. Add or remove participants up to the deadline

    2. Ensure waivers for all attendees are completed

  3. Pay the final balance

    1. You’ll receive a reminder before the due date

    2. Pay online using the link in your confirmation email or log in to your account

    3. Get a receipt by email

Can I cancel?

Check your confirmation email for the venue’s cancellation policy - or contact the venue to discuss cancellation

Can I move the date?

Contact the venue; rescheduling depends on availability and policy

A participant can no longer attend

Remove them before the deadline to adjust charges if applicable, link in your confirmation email or log in to your account and enter your access code by clicking on the Access code button by the Booked by section of the page.


Under the list of participants, click on the X icon to remove the participant in question, they will then free up the space for someone else - send that person the RSVP page link.

Troubleshooting

  • Final payment failed: try a different method or contact support
