Reports Available in Clava

Clava provides a comprehensive suite of reports to help you track and analyze your business performance.

Navigate to: Analytics > Reports

Report features

Every report has the ability to give you data filtered by two options:

  1. Date filter. Filter your results by:

    1. All results

    2. Today

    3. Yesterday

    4. This week

  2. Date period. Filter your results by a custom date period

Generating reports

Once you have selected the Date period you need to view, the system will automatically product the 1st five lines of data, enabling you to check the report gives you the information you need.

If you are happy with the data, you can then generate the report by clicking the green “generate report button” and downloading it via the settings cog icon.


All reports generated are stored and viewable below the data section.

Reports available

Key performance indicators (KPIs)

Gain insights into your passes & subscription stats, recurring revenue, and churn.

  1. New customers who purchased a pass or subscription. New customers and their first pass, pack or subscription purchase.

  2. New customers who didn't purchase a pass or subscription. Customers who have registered but haven't purchased a pass, pack, or subscription.

  3. New customers who haven't returned. Customers who registered but haven't visited since their first session.

Sales

Reports on various sales metrics and transactions.

  1. Refunds. A report on all issued refunds.

  2. Sales by Passes & Subscriptions. Sales report for all passes, packs, and subscriptions.

  3. Sales summary. A summary of all sales by category.

  4. Sales orders. A report on all orders.

Passes & Subscriptions

Reports showing statistics about pass & subscription sales.

  1. Active Passes, Packs & Subscriptions A report on all active passes & subscriptions.

  2. Passes, Packs & Subscriptions - Cancellations A report on all renewal cancellations.

  3. Passes, Packs & Subscriptions - Pending Cancellations A report on all pending cancellations.

  4. Passes, Packs & Subscriptions - Expirations A report on all memberships that expired.

  5. Passes, Packs & Subscriptions - Frozen / Pending Freeze A report on all memberships that are frozen or pending freeze.

Classes & Courses

Reports showing statistics about events and their sales.

  1. Class Events A report on your classes schedule.

  2. Class Bookings A report on your class bookings.

  3. Session no shows report Customers who booked an event but weren't checked in.

  4. Free Bookings A report on all free bookings.

  5. Un-paid bookings A report on all bookings that have not been paid yet.

Customers

Reports showing statistics about your customers.

  1. All customers Export all customers with their basic information.

  2. Custom fields A report on customer answers.

  3. Session/Class visits Shows customers session/class visits & checkins in a date range.

  4. Location visits Shows customers location visits/checkins in a date range.

  5. Card expirations report List of saved cards and their expiration dates.

  6. Customer concessions List of all customer concession assignments.

Intro Offers

Insights into performance of intro offers. You can designate subscriptions and packs as intro offers when creating/editing them.

  1. Expired intro offers Report on expired intro offers.

  2. Upcoming intro offer expirations Report on intro offers that will expire.

  3. Intro offer conversions Report on how your intro offers convert to memberships.

  4. Intro offer sales Report on the sales of intro offers.

Stock products

Retail products and variations exports. Inventory stock levels report.

  1. Products and variants List of your stock products

  2. Inventory levels Products and variants stock inventory levels

  3. Stock levels logs Products and variants stock levels changes
