Competency Management: User Guide - Setup & Management
This guide will walk you through setting up and managing Competency Management in Clava, allowing you to manage risk in your facility and keep accurate records of Customer Competencies.
Navigation: Settings > Competency Management
Within the Competency Management feature you have multiple options on the feature screen.
Competency Management Creation.
Select the Create New +
Enter text to create the Competency Management title/label
Enter staff visible text to define the Competency Management label
Choose a color
Select the Toggle to control if the Competency is Mandatory for check-in
FYI - The Toggle must be enabled for member competency to check-in.
Competency order and editing.
To reorder the Competency Management list simply drag and drop the Competency Management title via the six black dot Icon, as indicated in the image below.
This is the order that the Competency Management’s will be listed on a customer account.
To edit a previously created Competency Management click on the three dots and select edit.
