Individual session booking within a Course

Clava supports the option for both customers to book individual sessions within a course online and via the Front Desk, to manually book individual sessions within a course, allowing you to create courses that offer a wide variety of teaching moments.

Reminder: For individual sessions to be booked on a course, the Allow single session booking / open enrollment toggle must be in the ON position within the Course settings.

Front Desk Manual Booking

Navigation: Schedule > Courses > Search > Manual booking

  • Within the booking sidebar, deselect the course dates that the customer does not wish to attend.

  • Select Apply

  • The course value will auto calculate and update

  • Continue processing the transaction as per your gym standard

Online Customer booking workflow

Navigation: Customer login > Courses > Select the course

  • Within the booking sidebar, deselect the course dates that the customer does not wish to attend.

  • Select Apply

  • The course value will auto calculate and update

  • Continue processing the booking as per the online workflow.

Additional Session Booking.

If a customer has booked a single session in error, and wishes to book the total course, you can manually book the customer in or the customer can book themselves online via their portal.

The system will automatically recognize that they have booked a single session, and will auto apply the missing session to the payment screen, thus reducing the potential of a "double booking" and any refund issues.
