Session Manual Booking Process.
Navigation: Schedule > Select the booking required > Click + Manual booking > Sidebar opens.
Here you have the choice to create a Multi-participant booking for an Existing Customer or a New Guest.
Existing Customer booking workflow
Navigation: Schedule > Select the booking required > Click + Manual booking > Sidebar opens . Select Existing Customer.
Input the customers name to search your database for the record.
If the customer has recently been at the desk, you can select Recent Searches
Select the customers name
Define the Total number of people participating.
To change the customer, select the Blue change button
Select Continue
Select + Add to book the customer on to the booking using the customers membership session credit (if available)
Skipping this step will charge the customer for their booking spot.
Select Booking payment method.
Point of Sale. If you close the POS screen during payment the booking customer will still be booked into the booking using their membership credit, and you will need to create a guest booking for the other participants.
Book as un-paid. We do not recommend using this booking method unless you have managerial authorization;
Book for Free. We do not recommend using this booking method unless you have managerial authorization;
New Guest booking workflow
Navigation: Schedule > Select the booking required > Click + Manual booking > Sidebar opens . Select New Guest.
Input the guests booking information:
First name, last name, email, phone number
Notes for the booking
Select the number of booking participants
Select Booking payment method.
Point of Sale. If you close the POS screen during payment the guest booking customer will need to be imputed again.
Book as un-paid. We do not recommend using this booking method unless you have managerial authorization;
Book for Free. We do not recommend using this booking method unless you have managerial authorization;
