Using the image as a reference, below are explanations as to each customer.

  • Jack Demo: Customer has Paid with their membership and has booked 3 guests which are awaiting assignment. Their waiver is complete and can be checked by selecting the >, this opens up the Waiver check screen and shows the waiver completion date.

  • Ryan Smith: Paid with membership and has complete waivers

Waitlist information

When a session is full, customers can join the waitlist.

  • The waitlist is automated so that if someone cancels from the session, the next/first person on the waitlist is automatically promoted to the session.

  • An email is sent out automatically to the customer informing them a spot opened up in the session and they have been booked automatically onto the session.

  • The customer then has the choice to cancel if they wish.
