Waitlist information
When a session is full, customers can join the waitlist.
The waitlist is automated so that if someone cancels from the session, the next/first person on the waitlist is automatically promoted to the session.
An email is sent out automatically to the customer informing them a spot opened up in the session and they have been booked automatically onto the session.
The customer then has the choice to cancel if they wish.
