How to Remove Someone from a Session / Class Waitlist

There may be times when you need to remove someone from a class waitlist. Here's how to do it:

Visit the Session / Class: Go to the session/class in question. You will see "Waitlist" with a number indicating the number of people on the waitlist.

Click on Waitlist: Click on "Waitlist."

Cancel the Booking: Find the person you need to remove on the waitlist. On the right-hand side under "Actions," click/tap on "Cancel."

Confirm Cancellation: There are two options when cancelling someone from the waitlist.

  1. Cancel without refund - will cancel the class and NOT issue a credit refund to the customer

  2. Cancel and refund credit - this action will remove the customer from the session and refund a credit back to their account
    ​
    The customer can see in their profile under Passes & Subscriptions the refunded credit residing under the Credits tab.
    ​


​Undoing the Cancellation: If you need to undo this action, simply click on "+ Manual Booking", search for the customer, and then rebook them onto the session / class.
