Removing a customer from a Course.
This Help guide will outline the process and outcomes of removing a customer from a course.
When you remove a customer from a course, you process the removal - session by session. This gives you complete control of the process and allows you to remove individual sessions as per the customers need.
Please note this feature is due for an upgrade and the feature will include a full course removal option in the near future.
Process.
Navigation: Customer > Bookings
Select the Cancel button on the Booking Card to cancel the individual sessions within the course.
If you wish to view the total course, select the Course Title on the booking card
Important Instruction.
When a customers session within a course is cancelled, the session is not refunded.
The session will appear as a session credit within the customers Passes & Subscriptions > Credits.
To process a monetary refund for a cancelled course, select the customers Orders, and process a refund as per normal processes.
This enables you to process a partial refund or full amount.
To remove the additional credits:
Once the refund is completed, navigate to the Customer > Passes & Subscriptions > Credits.
Select the cog icon next to the session credit you need to remove.
Select “Delete”
Confirmation will be required
Repeat the process till all “free” credits are removed.
