Email log

This user guide will help users understand and use the Email log feature.

Navigation: Settings > Miscellaneous > Email Logs

The Email Log feature keeps a history of all the automated emails that are sent to customers automatically when a process is completed. For a full list of these process see the list at the end of the guide.

The feature provides the user the opportunity to view and resend any automated emails sent to the customer. To edit the automated email, navigate to Settings > Transactional Emails and refer to the Email notification templates user ****guide

Process

  1. Search the relevant customer using the search bar

    1. note - you can search by first name, last name or email address.

  2. Check the email was sent, if not, check with the customer the validity of their email address and update via the customer feature.

  3. Select your action: View and Resend.

  4. To View the email, click on the green View icon.

  5. To Resend the email, click on the blue Resent icon and confirm in the pop up screen.
