Global
To control the Global Waitlist, open Settings > Bookings and Timetables and toggle the control ON, and define the Global Waitlist Maximum
Granular
To control the Waitlist on a more granular individual level, create a new session or group booking and toggle the waitlist on, and define the waitlist capacity.
