Cancel out of a session/class as a customer

Here's how you can cancel a booking:

  • Log in to your membership

  • Select your profile (top right)

  • Select Bookings on the left hand navigation

  • Viewing the upcoming sessions, select the Green “Cancel” button

  • You will be prompted to click on the Red Confirm button to cancel the booking.

  • Once confirmed the booking will be cancelled, and any credits used will be credited back to your account (unless there are any rules by your gym/studio regarding late cancellations).
