      • Two buttons appear: "Schedule changes" and "Apply now."

  4. Note Regarding Changes:

    • Pricing and Usage: These changes will only affect the customers account after their current pack or subscription renews.

    • Use the "Immutability" toggle to prevent price changes in the parent pack or subscription from affecting this specific customer.

  6. Edit details:

    • You can now modify various aspects of the customers pack or subscription:

      • Reward Loyal Customers: Freeze the price for a loyal customer before a general price increase.

      • Increase Credits: Grant the customer additional credits.

      • You can edit other available options according to your needs.

      • Schedule changes: Select this option if you want the pricing and usage changes to happen only after the customers next renewal.

      • Apply now: Choose this option if you want the changes to options and restrictions to be applied immediately to the customers account.
