Finding Your Location Visit Data
We offer two ways to view your location visit data:
Check-in History: Go to "Checkins" and click on "Check-in History." You'll see three tabs:
General Entry Checkins: Records of standard check-ins.
Session/Class Checkins: Check-ins for specific sessions or classes.
Failed Checkins: A record of unsuccessful check-in attempts.
Export a Report (CSV): Download a CSV report of all location visits. This allows you to work with the data in other applications.
Export a Location Visit report

1. Log in to your Clava Admin Portal.
Enter your username and password to access your admin account.
2. Navigate to the Reports Section.
Once logged in, look for Analytics on the left hand menu and "Reports".
3. Find the "Location Visits" Report.
Within the "Reports" section, you'll find a report titled "Location Visits." This is where you can view data on customer check-ins at your various locations.

If you're unable to access the "Location Visits" report, please contact your centre manager or super admin. They can grant you the necessary permissions, or provide you with the report itself.

This report provides valuable insights into customer behaviour and helps you understand how your locations are performing.
