Export customer location visits/check in data

Finding Your Location Visit Data

We offer two ways to view your location visit data:

  1. Check-in History: Go to "Checkins" and click on "Check-in History." You'll see three tabs:

    • General Entry Checkins: Records of standard check-ins.

    • Session/Class Checkins: Check-ins for specific sessions or classes.

    • Failed Checkins: A record of unsuccessful check-in attempts.

  2. Export a Report (CSV): Download a CSV report of all location visits. This allows you to work with the data in other applications.

1. Log in to your Clava Admin Portal.

  • Enter your username and password to access your admin account.

2. Navigate to the Reports Section.

  • Once logged in, look for Analytics on the left hand menu and "Reports".

3. Find the "Location Visits" Report.

  • Within the "Reports" section, you'll find a report titled "Location Visits." This is where you can view data on customer check-ins at your various locations.

Need Assistance?

  • If you're unable to access the "Location Visits" report, please contact your centre manager or super admin. They can grant you the necessary permissions, or provide you with the report itself.

Remember:

  • This report provides valuable insights into customer behaviour and helps you understand how your locations are performing.
