Many climbing gyms will allow children at the age of 16+ to have their own accounts and to no longer be tied to an adult account.
Decoupling is very straightforward.
Navigation: Customer, Login as customer > Profile > Family
Select the ⚙️ cog icon for the child/family member to decouple from the adult account.
Select the Decouple option.
The final step is to add an email address for the newly decoupled account so that they can login and manage their account moving forwards.
