Bundles

What are Bundles?

Bundles are grouped memberships that allow customers to purchase multiple memberships at once, often at a discounted rate. They can be used for families, groups, or organisations wanting to purchase multiple memberships together.

For Operators: Setting Up Bundles

  1. Create a Bundle:

    • Navigate to your admin dashboard

    • Go to "Products & Services" > "Bundles"

    • Click "Create New Bundle"

    • Set the number of memberships included

    • Set the price for each membership - they can be different prices, for example you may want to offer a Family + 1 Child for £100 - where the adult membership is £75 and the child (concession) you add is £25. You may wish to offer a Couples Bundle, where one is £65 and the other is £45.

    • Specify which membership types can be included - you can mix and match from any/all of your membership pricing options.

  2. Managing Bundle Assignments:

    • Access the customer's profile who purchased the bundle

    • To assign a membership on behalf of the primary customer to someone else, click on the 3 dots next to the price

    • Select Assign member and then choose any registered customer to assign that membership to

  • Select the desired bundle from the service store and complete the purchase

Assigning Bundle Memberships

Customers can assign bundle memberships in three ways:

  1. Immediate Assignment for self and family:

    • Once purchased bundled products can be assigned to 'Self', existing 'Family' or 'Assign later'.

    • Memberships become active immediately upon assignment except 'Assign later', where the climbing centre team will need to make the assignement

  2. Family member:

    • Family members (if added) will appear, simply select the family member to receive the membership

  3. Later Assignment:

    • Select "Assign Later"

    • Now contact the climbing centre with the name and email of the person who and which one of the products from the bundle they should receive.
      Note, this person will need to sign up if they have not already done so.
      NOTE: Due to GDPR regulations we cannot expose the list of customers publicly, hence requiring the climbing wall operatior to make the assignment on the customers behalf.



Managing Bundle Memberships

  • View all bundle memberships as an admin on a customers account under "Passes & Subscriptions" and as a customer under "My Memberships"

  • Track which memberships are assigned and pending assignment

  • See payment responsibility for all bundle memberships

  • Contact support for any assignment changes needed

Note: Any part of a Bundle memberships is in essence active and will renew as per the settings of the bundled membership whether assigned or not.
