Selling a Day Pass for a Participant who requires Supervision

This user guide is a follow guide to the Supervision waivers - Indoor Climbing covering the POS scenario of a participant who is a minor purchasing a day pass for a days climbing with their supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Supervision waivers must be completed and the Supervisor and supervised participant must have the required waivers signed prior to purchase.

  • The Supervisor has all mandatory competencies enabled.

Steps:

  • Select the relevant day pass for the participant to purchase

  • Assign the Minor participant to the Day Pass using the “Add Customer” button

    • The Green Family icon will show that the participant has Supervision setup.

  • On the customer profile you have 2 options:

    1. Select the Supervised by drop down, and toggle the “supervising session” for the Adult who will be supervising the participants climbing session.

    2. If your climbing center/gym allows unsupervised minors to climb, you can select the Competencies drop down and select the Toggle for “Competent to climb unsupervised?

  • Select the Assign or Assign to all button

  • Under the purchase item, the participants name will be listed, with the supervisors name listed to the right.

  • Complete the transaction
