Adding a New Family member.
To do this for a member, search using the Customer navigation feature the customers name.
Select the Add New Member+ button to open up the Sidebar.
Fill in the details of the new family member:
First name
Last name
Date of Birth
Set their Primary location (for Multi-location operators)
Upload an image
Toggle on Supervise connection if the parent is going to supervise their child whilst climbing at the gym. Note: If you have created a supervision waiver, this will appear on the parents account the next time they login.
Competency setting
Once the family member (child) has been added, as an admin you can mark them as competent should you require children at your gym to pass a competency test.
To mark them competent:
Click on the cog ⚙️ icon next their name and then click 'Set competent'
Once done you will see a tick in the competent column
You also have the option to Decouple a family member via this cog ⚙️ icon.

When it comes to booking for the child the parent will be able to select their child or family member from the list on the booking page.
