Note: if you want to point members to a self-serve article on how to do this on their own, you can share this article with them.

To do this for the member, from a member's profile, click Family > Add New Member+

Fill in the details of the new family member:
1. First name

2. Last name
3. Date of Birth
4. Set their Primary location (for Multi-location operators)

5. Upload an image

6. Toggle on Supervise connection if the parent is going to supervise their child whilst climbing at the centre. Note: If you have created a supervision waiver, this will appear on the parents account the next time they login.

Competency setting
Once the family member (child) has been added, as an admin you can mark them as competent should you require children at your centre to pass a competency test.
To mark them competent:
1. Click on the cog โš™๏ธ icon next their name and then click 'Set competent'

Once done you will see a tick in the competent column

When it comes to booking for the child the parent will be able to select their child or family member from the list on the booking page.
