Steps
Choose a group booking event
from either a widget on the operators website or from the service store timetable, select the required group booking
If already an account holder, login, else continue as a guest
Add in the details as the lead booker
Create a title if desired
Add in a personalised description of the booking with invited participants will see
Set the booking size
Click 'Continue to payment'
Payment
choose whether to pay in full or pay a deposit (if shown)
Insert payment card details and click 'Complete payment'
Confirmation
Once payment is confirmed you will be shown the confirmation screen along with a confirmation email with:Booking reference number
Invitation link to share with guests
Timeline for final payment (if any)
Managing guests and waivers
Use your Invite Participants link to invite guests - or click on the share icon to share via messages, WhatsApp etc or the email icon to email directly to your invited participants
Use the access code in order to manage your payments and RSVPs by using the same link as the Invite participants
When on the RSVP page, click on the button that says Access code
Once entered you can make any payments and remove any participants from the RSVP section on the page
Guests will RSVP and complete any waivers online

No, bookings can be made as a guest and invited participants do not require an active account

You cannot alter that date of a booking, Contact the centre for assistance on date changes.

Can I add or reduce participant numbers later?
Yes, your centre can arrange for adding additional participants as well as reducing participant numbers, for details contact them directly.
