Managing Corporate Account Customers / Members

This guide details how to associate and disassociate a corporate client's employees, making them eligible to redeem benefits.

1. Associating New Members

The Associated members table is located below the Orders table on the corporate account page.

  1. Click on the 'New member' button to open the sidepeek search window.

  2. Search for the existing customer/member profile.

  3. When their profile card appears, click the 'Associate' button at the bottom of the sidepeek.

  4. The person is now linked to the corporate account and eligible to redeem benefits.

2. Disassociating Members

  1. On the corporate account, scroll to the Associated members section.

  2. In the Action column, click on the 'Dissociate' button for the employee you wish to remove.

Note on Disassociation:

  • The member is immediately ineligible to redeem any future credits or memberships.

  • Any existing subscription-based membership on their account will remain active until its natural expiration date.

  • Any renewable subscriptions will stop renewing after the set renewal date.

Membership Renewal Behaviour

  • Renewals are simultaneous: All members under a corporate account renew simultaneously based on the original order's recurring date, regardless of when they were individually assigned.

  • Reassigning Memberships:

    • The member being removed keeps their membership until it expires naturally.

    • The newly freed-up "seat" can be reassigned immediately.

    • The new assignee receives a membership that will renew on the standard corporate renewal date.
