Finding Your Location Visit Data

We offer two ways to view your location visit data.

Quick View.

For a quick Customer Check in History, navigate to Checkins > History

Check-in History

Go to "Check-ins" and click on the "History" tab.

You'll see two tabs:

  • General Entry Check-ins: Records of standard check-ins.

  • Session/Class Check-ins: Check-ins for specific sessions or classes.

Options.

From this screen you can search by name or email address, filter the results by using the filter icon, search within a date range, or search today’s results.

You can also undo a customers check in, by selecting the green “undo check in” button on the right hand side of their account line. If you select this, the entry record will be deleted and pass used for location visit will be refunded.

Detailed reporting & data

For a detailed report on Customer Check in History, navigate to Analytics > Reports > Customers > Location Visits


Reminder: If you have a multi site gym group, this report will give you information about all check in’s across your sites.

Usage

  1. Select the check in date filter for usage you need, options include:

    1. All results

    2. Checked in today

    3. Checked in yesterday

    4. Checked in this week

    5. Checked in this month

    6. Checked in this year.

  2. Select the date range you need

  3. The system will automatically produce the first 5 lines of data so you can check the data is what you need before exporting.

  4. Select the Green button - “Generate report” to create your report.

  5. From here you can select the settings cog icon to download or delete the report.

  6. Download, analyse and gain a high five!
