Off Peak Hours Setup

Navigation: Settings > Access Control - Off-Peak Types

Setup.

  1. When you open up Off Peak Types, toggle the Enable the Off-Peak Hours to the ‘ON’ position

  2. Select the + Add Off Peak Type button

  3. Select the Location from the drop down menu

  4. Input a title for the Off Peak setting

  5. Select a badge color

  6. Input a clear, informative description

  7. Define the Check-in Buffer, allowing a user a time window to check-in this many minutes before and after scheduled off-peak hours.

  8. Create the Scheduled hours

    1. Select Add Weekdays to quickly autofill Monday - Friday into the selection.

    2. Select + Add Time Slot to add additional days and / or Time Slots.

  9. Toggle Active to enable the setting you have created, or de-toggle to keep the setting as a draft

  10. Save your work!

Editing Off Peak Hours

  1. Once you have created a list of your off peak hours, they will be displayed in the table.

  2. These are searchable by Name, and filterable by location.

  3. Select the Cog icon

  4. To edit, select the Edit icon, and open up the sidebar to edit your settings

  5. To place there setting in a draft state, select Deactivate.

  6. To remove the setting from the platform, select Delete.

  7. Remember to save your work!
