Create a Session

Navigation: Schedule > “+” > Session > Create New Session sidebar.

Create the new session

  • Session Name: Give your course a clear and descriptive title.

  • Description: Craft a compelling description that outlines the Session content.

  • Start Date and Time: Define the time frame for the Session.

  • Session Duration: Set the length of the Session.

  • Repeat: Enable to create multiple sessions

    • Select which days to repeat - Additional classes will be created with same settings but on the days you selected until cutout date inclusive

    • Repeat until: Input a cutout date

  • Instructor(s): Assign qualified instructors to lead the course.

  • Category (Optional): Categorise your course for better organisation (e.g., Fitness, Yoga, Adult Team etc.).

  • Class Type: Choose the appropriate class type from available options.

  • Location/Studio: Select the space that the course sessions will take place within

  • Age Group Restriction: Select this drop down to select which Age Groups you wish for the booking to be restricted by. Multiples can be selected.

    • Reminder. Unrestricted Sessions will be automatically set to 18+

  • Unlimited capacity. Toggle to the “ON” position for unlimited capacity

  • Set Session Capacity. Define the capacity of the Session.

  • Free session: Toggle to the “OFF” position to require payment or a session credit via a membership as a requirement to book.

  • Drop-in price: Define the Drop in price

  • Multi Session Credits: If a session requires multiple Session credits (via a subscription), toggle it here

    • Session Credits Required To Book: Define the Session credits amount to book via a subscription.

  • Off Peak: Catergorise if the Session is a Peak or Off-Peak Session

  • Seat selection: Toggle to allow Members to select an individual session space or seat.

  • Limit bookings: Limit the number of days in advance members can book. (This will be override the global setting)

  • Status: Set the course status to "Active" to make it visible to potential members.

  • Hidden: Toggle "on" to hide the Session from public view and provide a custom URL for access (e.g., for special programs).

  • Preview & Save:

    • Preview: Review all Session details for accuracy before publishing.

    • Save as Draft: Save the Session for later editing if needed.

    • Create: Publish the Session and make it available to members.
