Check-In Kiosk Restriction
We understand that sometimes you have a customer or their family member who needs to be restricted to checking in at the front desk and we have a control for that!
To ensure this element functions correctly, please ensure that you have enable the toggle "Restrict self-check in kiosk access on a customer by customer basis" located in Settings > Check-in.
This toggle enables you to control on a customer by customer basis the ability to check-in using the self check-in kiosk.
Family members on account
The Self Check-in drop down will be displayed for customers with Family members associated to their account.
This allows the front desk to control which family members can check in using the Self check in kiosk.
This control is reflected in the Family page on the customers account and can be edited using the three green dot control panel.
