Adding a child/junior waiver

To add a child/junior waiver, first make sure you have configured Age groups by visiting Settings / Age Groups.

With Age groups set up click Settings > Waivers & Documents > + Create New

When creating a new waiver from Show when *, select Adding family or a connection from the dropdown.

Next, select Applies to, and choose the relevant age group:

Complete the remainder of the waiver as required.

Whenever a member adds a new family member and say for example the parent/guardian of the junior - in this case if they are under 16, will be presented with the waiver to sign on behalf of their junior.

Please note - Juniors do not have their own accounts - it is the parent/guardian who must review and sign any family waivers.
