Un-cancelling a customer's subscription renewal

If you (or a member) accidentally cancelled a customer's subscription then providing the subscription in choice has not reached its original renewal date, it can be 'uncancelled'.

Note: When a Subscription cancellation request is made, it is marked as 'pending cancellation'. If you change your mind, the subscription may be restored before its scheduled cancellation date - e.g. the date on which it would renew.

  1. Navigate to customers and click on 'Passes & Subscriptions'

  2. Find the subscription in question, click on the 3 dots … to the right of the price information

  3. Click 'Keep subscription'. The subscription will then be reinstated with the original renewal date.

Can customers undo a cancelled subscription?

Yes, customer can undo a cancelled subscription in the same way as described above, the steps for a customer are:

  1. Login to to their account

  2. Navigate to their profile

  3. Choose 'Passes & Subscriptions'

  4. Locate the subscription which is in 'Pending cancellation' status

  5. Select the three dots by the price

  6. Choose 'Keep subscription'

  7. The subscription will be immediately reinstated
