Customise web store looks and features

The service store is the public facing website that comes as standard with Clava.

This is great for businesses that want to get up and running and do not yet have their own website.

You can set up the following for your service store:

1 General settings

Service Store URL
Here you can create a URL for you service store. This will lokely be the name of your business and is added to the clava URL e.g app.clava.co.uk/acme-fit

Custom Domain
If you already own a domain name like www.yourname.com, you can set your website up to live at that domain.

2 Header and Footer

  1. Add your branded logos

  2. Choose which area of your service store you logo points to when clicked

  3. Favicon - A favicon is a small icon that appears in the browser tab next to the website title. It helps users visually identify websites and differentiate between them at a glance.

  4. Footer settings:
    Social account links - add the urls for your Facebook, Instragram, Twitter and YouTube accounts - these will then appear in the footer of your service store

Footer Options
Disabled by default, enable any of the following options to appear on your service store footer. These details are taken from the information found in General settings.

  1. Show address

  2. Show phone number

  3. Show email address

3 SEO settings

Specify your Service Store's title & description to be displayed in search engine results pages (SERPs).

  1. Add your meta title and meta description

4 Custom code

  • Google Analytics tracking code -

5 Self Checkin

Style the appearance of your self checkin kiosk.

Upload a background image.

Pick text and background colours.
