The schedule allows you to see what your schedule looks like for upcoming and past events. You can choose whether you want to view your past or future events by clicking on the corresponding buttons on the right. Clicking Today will show only those classes (and any course classes) scheduled for today.
Schedule view options
In this section you can choose to visualise your schedule in these formats:
List view: This is the default view showing a list of events according whether you are looking at Past, Today or Upcoming classes.
Calendar mode
Switching to calendar mode allows you to view your schedule by
Month View: This view will return a list of classes that are happening across any given month following your filtering criteria.
Week view: This view will return a list of events that are happening on any given week following your filtering criteria.
Day view: This view will show events that are taking place on a selected day following your filtering criteria.
Filters
The filters functionality allows you to filter the classes being shown in the schedule according to the following criteria:
Start/End date: This filter will allow you to display events that take place on any given date range or specific start or end date.
Status: Use this filter to show active only, or Draft/Inactive classes.
Instructor: Use this to filter by one or more instructor.
Locations: If you have more than one location, use this to filter by location.
Studio: As per locations, filter by specific studios
Class type: Use this to filter by one or more class types
Peak/off-peak: Use this to filter if you only wish to see one or the other option
Checkins
There is a button that when clicked will take you to Checkins section, however,
by clicking on a class name in the schedule you will be taken to the class details view, here you can carry out a number of actions see this article on class details.
Common issues
My schedule is empty or not showing certain classes
Make sure you check your filters to ensure the schedule is displaying the expected classes. Also, swap between the different schedule views to make sure the class is not happening on a different day or week.
Why are some events showing two different dates whereas others only show one?
Depending on the whether you are viewing classes or courses, some may be displaying the start and end date in the case of Courses, or a single date for Classes. If you are viewing Today for example, and you have courses running, you may notice a course shown displaying 1 class total - which is correct as there is a class from the course running today. Deactivating the Today filter will then show the course in full.
