How do I restrict a membership by age group?
Set up age groups
First set up your age groups by navigating to Settings > Age Groups (under Miscellaneous)
Enable age groups by clicking the toggle
Add your first age group by clicking on Create New +
Fill out the details and and set the minimum and maximum age range (if you require just one age say age 12, then set the min to 12 and the max to 13), if you leave the max age field blank there will be no maximum age applied. E.g 18+
Click Save
Continue to add age groups as required.
Note: if you do not create any age groups, the default age setting for booking anything through Clava is 18+.

Adding an age restriction is done at the pricing options level inside a membership.
For example let's say you want to offer a Junior Membership for 12 - 18yr olds.
Set up or edit an existing membership.
Add or edit an existing pricing option
Enable age restrictions by activating the age restrictions option under Restrictions,
Select the relevant age group(s) - you can assign more than one.
Click on Create new or Save changes
You now have either an entire membership or a pricing option within a membership where age restrictions apply.
When a member goes to book an age restricted class, and they have the appropriate membership, they will be able to book in.
