Clava comes with a variety of pre-written email templates for different situations. These cover actions like:
Account creation
Email verification
Booking confirmations

Finding the Templates
To see the full list of notification templates, navigate to:
Settings > Notifications
Editing Templates
Each template can be customised to fit your needs. Here's how:
Click on the gear icon (⚙️) next to the desired template.
This will open the sidepeek editor.
You'll see the default email message, which you can edit freely.
Using Variables
Clava notification templates include pre-defined variables. These act like placeholders that automatically populate with relevant information when the email is sent. Examples include:
[#MEMBER_NAME#]
- This will be replaced by the member's name.[#CLASS_TITLE#]
- This will be replaced by the class title.
Adding Variables
To use a variable:
Click on the copy icon next to the desired variable.
Paste the copied variable into the email content editor where you want the information to appear.
